Ballet/Tap III
A one hour class for students 7-9 depending on their previous experience level.
Jr. Jazz
A one hour class for beginning students between the ages of 7-11. Jazz dance consists of smooth, syncopated or unexpected moves that require the isolated movement of various body parts. This is a swing flavor type dance style found in most Broadway stage productions. All movements within the jazz classes are age appropriate with no outwardly sexual undertones for the younger students.
Hip Hop
A 1 hour class for all hip hop students. It is strongly encouraged that students in this class take a jazz class, in order to keep up with their technique. If on a competition team then it is a requirement. Hip hop is a style of dance most commonly seen in music videos, on the street or with a school dance team.
Intermediate Ballet
A one hour class for students 9-12 that continues to focus on developing the young dancer's ballet skills before they move to the advanced ballet group. Placement is at the discretion of the instructor.
Pre-Pointe
A 1 hour class for those that are ready for their pointe shoes. At the sole discretion of the instructor. Advanced ballet students are required to take this class even if they are not in pointe shoes.
