What is P.O.P.S.?
P.O.P.S. was organized in order to promote and support educational activities for students at Classic Melodies Performance Institute. The Booster Club raises money for its members to help defray costs such as performance fees, costumes, travel fees, and competition fees. In addition, a portion of the money raised pays for equipment the students use in classes and while performing. The Booster Club is a non-profit corporation.
How much does it cost?
It costs $10 per child or $15 for two or more children per
year. Checks should be payable to P.O.P.S. Booster Club.
Your small initial investment will pay back significantly
over the course of the year.

How do funcfraisers work?
All Booster Club parents and students are encouraged to
participate in as many fundraisers as possible. By working
together we can achieve better results and more funding for
our students. There will be a drawing for a prize at the end of
the year. Each time a Booster Club family member works an
event, their name will be entered in the drawing. The more you
volunteer, the ~better your chances of winning!
How much time is involved?
There are usually one or two General Membership
meetings per yean The Booster Club Board Members
meet monthly. Club members help Board Members
plan and execute ftmndraisers through committees. The
committees meet as needed. Parents and older students
sign up to work shifts during the fundraisers or all ages sell
products for the fundraisers.

(NY Off-Broadway, Disney Wotid, & Cruise Performances)
Access Broadway Competition
Drama Camp
Sheet Music & Scripts
Dance Floor
Headsets (Microphones)

Chairs for Audience Members
Rentals of Performance Space
